This March, Imagine Festival will bring a series of events to The Crescent, including a dynamic spoken word poetry performance by Erin Fornoff, the festival’s Artivist in Residence.
Described by The Irish Times as “as close to music as poetry gets” and “entrancing, and often very funny,” Fornoff’s performance will feature a selection of her work, weaving stories that span Appalachia, Ireland, and beyond.
With an impressive résumé that includes performing at Glastonbury Festival three times, RTÉ Culture Night at Dublin Castle, and sharing stages with artists like James Taylor and Hozier, Fornoff has captivated audiences nationwide and internationally.
As part of her residency, she will also lead a writing workshop, deliver a lunchtime talk on her practice, and host a workshop on the storytelling methodology Story of Self.
