Swerve is based in Skibbereen and it is far more than just a good-looking magazine. It has a pop-up gallery, SWERVE Gallery and Project Space, which exhibits work that does not have a natural home in commercial galleries or large public institutions. There is also the Lit Lounge, a performance space for local writers to meet and share. Two editions of the magazine have been published so far. Swerve 3 will be launched during the Skibbereen Arts Festival in late July/early August.
