IMBAS is a monthly evening of spoken word, poetry, storytelling, music, and more, hosted at Alchemy Coffee and Books, located at 123 Barrack St., Cork. This event provides a welcoming platform for performers of all levels to express their creativity. Whether a seasoned artist or a newcomer to the stage, everyone is encouraged to participate.

The evening begins with the opening of IMBAS, featuring a healing poem from the land, setting a reflective and inspiring tone. Following this, a spotlight segment showcases a featured artist. This month, the event proudly introduces Toni Walters, a poet and artist known as The Love Crone, who shares words of unconditional love through her poetry and spoken word.

IMBAS takes place on the third Friday of every month from 7pm to 9pm, and admission is free.
