Over the past 34 years, the poets in the Poetry Collective have produced original anthologies, collections, translations, CDs, film poems, a sound archive and broadsheets; they have performed in numerous Irish festivals and events and broadcast on RTÉ and local radios; some have created and dramatised performance poems in local theatres and cafes. All the poets live, create and perform in bookshops and libraries in localities such as Kinvara, Kilrush, Ennystymon, Ennis, Scarriff, Killaloe, Mountshannon and Shannon; many also regularly read in Limerick and Galway.
On the day, the poets will offer an exciting and diverse experience with occasional music inserts, followed by an Open Mic at 2pm. Refreshments will be available from the Café until 2.30pm.
