As part of a series of Bealtaine events, Ballyroan presents a lunchtime reading with local poet Daragh Bradish with an opportunity for others to share their work, a favourite poem or reminisce about poems learned at school at the open mic.

Daragh Bradish was born and raised in Terenure, Dublin, spending formative years in Bray, County Wicklow. He was educated in Trinity College Dublin, where he studied Fine Arts and History.
